Doctor-led profhilo support in Nantwich for clients across Cheshire.

A calm, doctor-led skin treatment setting
Profhilo® is an injectable treatment containing a high concentration of hyaluronic acid. Unlike traditional dermal fillers, it is not primarily designed to add volume or reshape facial features. Instead, Profhilo® is used to support skin quality and hydration. At WARM Oasis®, every treatment begins with an individual assessment to determine whether Profhilo® is appropriate for you. Prices from £250.

A considered approach

Useful context, not a treatment menu.

01

A doctor-led approach to Profhilo®

Profhilo® is a specific injectable treatment, rather than simply a generic skin booster. It involves a series of small injections at specific points, with the aim of distributing the product through the tissues. At our Nantwich clinic, a GMC-registered GP considers your skin, medical history and treatment goals. The focus is on skin quality and gradual, natural-looking changes, with treatment in a professional clinical setting and clear aftercare guidance.

02

What can Profhilo® do for you?

Profhilo® contains hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally found within the body that has an important role in skin hydration. Treatment may help improve the appearance of skin hydration, elasticity, fine lines, texture, firmness, dull or tired-looking skin and overall skin quality. It is not designed to create the same volumising effect as a traditional dermal filler.

03

Who may benefit?

Profhilo® may be considered for dehydrated-looking skin, loss of elasticity, fine lines, early signs of skin ageing, dull or tired-looking skin, reduced firmness or concerns about overall skin quality. Areas may include the face, neck and décolletage, depending on your individual assessment.

04

How does Profhilo® work?

Profhilo® contains a high concentration of hyaluronic acid. It is injected at specific points within the skin using a defined injection technique. Treatment is designed to disperse through the tissues rather than create a localised area of volume like a traditional dermal filler. The aim is to support hydration and improve the overall appearance of the skin.

05

Your treatment journey

Consultation: Your skin, medical history and treatment goals are assessed.
Treatment plan: We determine whether Profhilo® is appropriate and which areas may benefit.
Treatment: Small amounts of Profhilo® are injected at specific points.
Aftercare: You receive clear advice about caring for your skin following treatment.
Review: Your response can be assessed and further treatment discussed where appropriate.

06

Is Profhilo® right for you?

Profhilo® may be appropriate if your priority is improving skin quality rather than adding significant facial volume, especially if you want a subtle, skin-focused approach to hydration and skin ageing. It is not suitable for everyone. Your medical history, medications, allergies, skin condition, pregnancy or breastfeeding status and previous aesthetic treatments will be considered before treatment.

07

Safety & clinical standards

As with any injectable treatment, temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising can occur. Small raised areas at the injection points may also be visible temporarily following treatment. More significant complications are possible, although uncommon, and will be discussed during your consultation.

08

Results & expectations

Profhilo® is intended to produce gradual improvements in skin quality rather than an immediate dramatic transformation. Some patients notice improvements in hydration and skin appearance as the treatment takes effect. Results vary between individuals. A course may be recommended depending on your skin and goals. Profhilo® does not stop the natural ageing process and is not a replacement for surgery.

09

Is Profhilo® a dermal filler?

Profhilo® contains hyaluronic acid, but it is not used in the same way as a traditional volumising dermal filler. Its primary purpose is to support skin quality and hydration rather than reshape the face.

010

How many treatments will I need?

A course of treatment is commonly recommended. Your individual treatment schedule will be discussed during your consultation.

011

Is Profhilo® painful?

The treatment involves a series of small injections. Some discomfort is possible, but most people tolerate treatment well.

012

When will I see results?

Results are gradual and vary between individuals. Skin hydration, texture and overall quality may improve over the weeks following treatment.

013

Can Profhilo® be combined with other treatments?

Potentially. Depending on your skin and goals, Profhilo® may form part of a broader skin-rejuvenation plan.
