Crow’s feet: softening expression without losing it

Crow's feet are the fine lines that develop around the outer corners of the eyes. They are largely associated with repeated contraction of the muscles around the eyes, although sun exposure, skin ageing and changes in collagen and elasticity can also influence their appearance.

Doctor-led crows feet support in Nantwich for clients across Cheshire.

Why Do They Develop? — Every time you smile, laugh or squint, the muscles around the eyes contract. Over time, repeated movement can contribute to lines becoming more visible, including when the face is at rest.

A considered approach

01

Treatment Options

Anti-wrinkle treatment may be considered when muscle movement is a significant contributor. Treatment temporarily reduces the activity of selected muscles, which can soften the appearance of dynamic lines. The treatment needs to be carefully tailored around the eyes. The aim is not necessarily to remove every line or prevent natural expression. Where the concern is more related to skin quality, treatments such as microneedling, skin boosters, polynucleotides or other skin-rejuvenation approaches may be considered.

A Natural Result

Your eyes should still look like your eyes. Our approach is to understand how much movement you want to retain and how subtle you want the change to be.

Not sure what treatment you need?

You don't need to know. That's where a consultation comes in. At WARM Oasis®, we take time to understand your concern, assess your individual anatomy or skin, discuss what you would like to achieve and explain the options available to you. If treatment is appropriate, we'll create a considered plan. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too. Doctor-led. Individual. Considered.
